I offer genuine support, encouragement, motivation and guidance to help you live your fabulous life.
Connecting internationally, the choice is yours via telephone, skype or email. The best way to get started is with a complimentary 30 minute session to get to know one another and to see if coaching is ideal for you. Once we have agreed to move forward, you will receive a Welcome Kit.
The initial session in the coaching relationship will begin with a discovery session determining who you really are and how we can get you started in living your fabulous life! From the initial session we can decide how many sessions will benefit you most. Coaching sessions are conducted one to three times a month depending on your need. All sessions include a Welcome Kit, email access, and any additional materials, handouts and/or assessments, based upon your situation and needs and goals. All Coaching sessions are completely 100% Confidential.
