Everyone has their own definition of what living their fabulous lives means to them which is 100% valid as long as it is aligned according to their wants, standards, passions, and integrity. Throughout my life, I have heard people express their opinions on how I should live my life which has never really fitted into my definition of what living my fabulous life meant to me. There is nothing wrong with that as it is my fabulous life. Respectfully, you can create your fabulous life the way you choose!

Having colourful experiences is my utmost biggest passion.

It is the way I choose to live my life which is also exactly how I intend to continue. Many of my earlier experiences in life were created through the Law of Attraction; however I had not been conscious of what I was creating at the time. Formally introduced to the Law of Attraction in 2007 after watching The Secret, everything made complete sense. I recollect standing at the bookstore in front of the self help, philosophy and psychology section and thinking “WOW, I have really come to the end of the rainbow!” There was an instant connection which later pulled me into being trained with Coach U (an accredited training school under the International Coach Federation) for Life Coaching as a rewarding career that I really believe in.

Fabulous colourful experiences have included:

  • Being raised on the coast of Melbourne, Australia for all of my early childhood and elementary school adventures until 1992. (G’day mate, how ya going?)
  • Experiencing my teenage years in Toronto, Canada which is where I was born until 2001. (I’m from Toronto and yes it’s the center of Canada!)
  • Taking part in an educational exchange program to Monterrey, Mexico for three months in grade 11. (Living with a Mexican family, learning Spanish, attending high school, meeting new friends, dancing and eating tacos).
  • Studying Hotel Management in Athens, Greece for three years from 2001 - 2004 (Learning to drink coffee effortlessly as a past time... Opa! Connecting with my Greek culture. Meeting new friends from all over the world. Travelling to France, Sweden, Switzerland & Turkey)
  • Living and working at a summer in a resort off the coast of Halkidiki, Greece in 2002. (Sun, Aegean sea, glorious sunsets, coffee, swimming, friendships created, meeting fabulous people who offered me jobs all over the world)
  • Living on the Island of Rhodes, Greece for 5 months in 2004. (Sun, sea, swimming, coffee, going to bed at 7:00 a.m. every morning, riding on the back of a motorcycle cruising along the coast and Greek men ohhh yeah!)
  • Living and working one year in the Sunny Cayman Islands as a beach girl serving piña coladas, barefoot up and down the beach from 2005 - 2006 (Sun, pristine white sandy beaches, turquoise sea , swimming, being a part of a Beach Girl Team, Appleton Rum, Bob Marley, dancing reggae, jerk chicken and living with a Jamaican household).
  • Living in the Canadian Rockies in Lake Louise, Alberta from 2008 - 2009 (So I guess, Toronto is really not the centre of Canada! Mountains, breathtaking scenery, dog-sledding, hiking, hot springs, snowboarding, skating, white water rafting, zip lining, training with Coach U, Coaching, never-ending winter).
  • July 2009: Taking part in an Au-Pair program just outside of Madrid, Spain (Playing with two fabulous children, speaking English to them, hanging out by their pool, speaking Spanish, embracing Spain, Coaching and Javier Bardem Por Favor!)

  • Where I am right now?

I am living in the present moment. By living consciously, I am totally aware of myself and choices taken. Sometimes my inner critic likes to speak to me with fear to prevent me from positive things I really desire. Perhaps you have heard your inner critic. It tells you how you won’t succeed, how it’s impossible, risky and tries to feed many more deceiving thoughts. When this critic comes, I simply acknowledge it and nicely say goodbye! Instead, I choose to listen to my best-self who speaks with love and hope. Sometimes it is difficult, as it likes to come back. As I practice this technique of letting go of fear it becomes much easier. The more I listen to myself, the more I realize I have the power of my thoughts and choices in my life. I choose what I want to experience and let go of the rest.

    So what is next?

Whatever my fabulous heart desires! It is extremely liberating to know I can do what I want at any given time and know it will always turn out because it is my intention. Now, there are things I would like to do and there seems to be a ever ending abundance of ideas in this creative mind of mine. However, I do not want to be caught up in planning because then I would only be living in and for the future. By being future oriented the present moment would be lost as well as the journey. The only true moment which exists is right NOW.

At the end of the day, as Frank Sinatra sings it, I will always be able to say I did it my way!

Give yourself permission to live your fabulous life now!

Your life is waiting for you!
